Your original row, plus UPRN, the tidied matched address, postcode, current EPC band and score, potential band and score, the date it was lodged, tenure, property type and built form, floor area, age band, main heating fuel and an off gas grid flag, wall and roof construction and whether they are insulated, glazing, recommended measures with rough costs and savings, IMD decile, council tax band, local authority, and a confidence score with a reason for anything we could not match.

Currently 88.7% on messy real lists. We publish how the figure was measured, and unmatched addresses remain visible in your output with a reason.

Your leads are never shared with any third party. Your file is hosted in the UK, and you can delete your information within 30 days if you choose. A one page Data Processing Agreement is available before you sign up, along with the sub processor list.

The EPC data is refreshed monthly. Each available field can include its source and date.
